This role requires end-to-end ownership to ensure that data is accurate, well-defined, and performs reliably in real usage. You coordinate across design, program management, and technical teams to make sure the right data is brought in, structured correctly, and consistently delivers trusted outcomes. AI is a key accelerator, but accountability for correctness and performance always remains with you.\nThis is not a pure analysis role and not an engineering role. You are the owner of data quality and usability, ensuring the system can be trusted at scale.\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn the data product backlog: prioritize sources/domains, define readiness, and remove blockers to ensure continuous delivery of usable, high-quality data.\nTranslate design and workflow needs into precise data requirements (fields, granularity, definitions, acceptance criteria).\nBuild deep understanding of data structures and relationships across sources, including limitations and edge cases.\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency: identify gaps, resolve inconsistencies, and enforce clear, shared definitions across stakeholders.\nValidate data performance in practice: ensure outputs are timely, reliable, and support decision-making at scale.\nDeliver clear analysis and narratives for Program Management and leadership, focusing on actionable insights and exceptions.\nLeverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and workflows, while maintaining strict human validation of outputs.\nAct as the bridge across design, Program Management, and technical teams, ensuring alignment between product intent, data readiness, and delivered outcomes.\nWork with technical owners of pipelines/SQL while owning definitions, quality acceptance, and trust in the final data product.\nSalary Range\nThe pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.\n$100,200 - $137,850 USD\nWe use artificial intelligence to screen, assess, or select applicants for the position. Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, with2+ years of equivalent professional experience.\n1+ year of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, data operations, or a related data-focused role.\n1+ year of experience using SQL or a comparable data-querying language to retrieve, analyze, or validate data.\nExperience working with 2+ data sources or datasets, including identifying data relationships, inconsistencies, or quality issues.\nDemonstrated experience communicating data findings, requirements, or recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data operations, data quality, or product analytics.\nExperience supporting at least 1 data product, analytics platform, business intelligence application, or data-driven workflow.\nExperience with at least 1 data visualization or reporting platform, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.\nExperience with Python, R, or another scripting/automation language for data analysis or workflow automation.\nExperience using AI/GenAI tools to accelerate data analysis,
