Expertise\n• Expert level knowledge of Altera solutions within a specific Altera domain area\n• Expert level knowledge of client operational processes, job functions and implementation methodology\nwithin a specific Altera domain area\n• Expert level knowledge of industry trends and initiatives within a specific Altera domain area\n• Module Implementation to meet requirements as specified in the project plan\n• Carry out the implementation of Altera solutions and designated 3rd party products following a detailed\nproject plan and in accordance with the contracted project scope.\n• Identify and troubleshoot issues encountered during the implementation of Altera products and when\ninterfacing to third party systems.\n• Assist the customer with the parameterization and configuration necessary to deliver the functionality\ndefined in the contract scope.\n• Load the initial database delivered to the client with site-specific information (if applicable).\n• Lead system design and build process\n• Design & present formal training courses and knowledge transfer to Altera clients\n• Thoroughly understand and articulate the value of Speed to Value and other implementation\nmethodologies\n• Advise clients on testing strategy and planning to ensure successful solution implementation\n• Support all testing phases with the client\n• System Rollout\n• Serve as the client’s application expert, ensuring the system set up supports workflow decisions.\n• Liaise with the client, Project Managers and Sales and Solution Consulting to understand the client’s\nconversion, go-live and rollout strategies and to ensure that the solution meets the client’s business needs.\n• Consultancy\n• Understand and manage project scope to identify and mitigate implementation risks and impacts\n• Deliver advice, guidance and recommendations on system configuration and implementation best practice\n• Identify, analyze, and document client business requirements.\n• Work individually or as a member of the Altera sales and Services team to identify and promote\nrevenue opportunities.\n• Use domain and application expertise to recommend best practices and provide guidance to influence\nclients in adoption of recommended solutions for their business needs\n• Identify solution gaps and assist in the development of customization or other strategies within the project\nscope\n• Provide system optimization guidance and recommendations\n• Reporting/Documentation\n• Document problem resolutions, issues, and other solutions and make them available for future reference\nby other Consultants,\n• Provide weekly status reports throughout the project lifecycle to assist management eliminate risks and\nincrease the likelihood of project success\n• Produce other reports and/or documents as required\n• Advice and Guidance\n• Contribute to the development of consultancy tools and processes that could ease future implementation\n• Identify solutions to a broad variety of business issues within area of expertise to increase Altera\nopportunities\n• Ensure a systematic approach to providing client practices with quality advice and guidance in optimizing\npatient care, financial performance, defining and re-engineering processes, and planning new services\n• Liaise with internal groups – support, development, methodology – to assure on-going improvement of\nAltera solutions and methodology\n• Mentor other employees in application and domain knowledge, troubleshooting and consulting skills.\n• Identify associate
