and maintain high-level network documentation, including architecture diagrams, HLD/LLD documents, configuration templates, standards, and technical guidelines.\nPerform network capacity planning to accommodate anticipated business growth and evolving technology requirements.\nProvide architectural guidance and technical leadership for network transformation, modernization, migration, and optimization initiatives.\nLead architecture reviews and ensure network designs comply with established enterprise standards, security requirements, and best practices.\nAct as a senior technical escalation point for complex network architecture, performance, and connectivity issues.\nKnowledge and Attributes\nExtensive understanding of advanced networking concepts, protocols, architectures, and services.\nExtensive proficiency in designing, configuring, and managing complex network environments, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN, and cloud networking technologies.\nExtensive knowledge of advanced network protocols and technologies such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN/EVPN, SD-WAN, QoS, IPv4/IPv6, and advanced security protocols.\nStrong understanding of enterprise LAN, WAN, Data Center, Internet, and Hybrid Cloud architectures.\nExtensive experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud networking.\nStrong understanding of network security architecture, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, network segmentation, and secure connectivity.\nExtensive hands-on experience with network monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting, and performance management tools.\nExcellent documentation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExtensive proficiency in network administration, configuration, and architecture tools.\nProven experience leading and managing large-scale network architecture, transformation, and migration projects.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.\nStrong ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient network architectures.\nStrong ability to align network strategies and technology roadmaps with business objectives.\nAbility to work effectively with global teams, senior leadership, vendors, service providers, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nAcademic Qualifications and Certifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nActive CCIE certification is mandatory.\nPreferred CCIE specializations include:CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure\nCCIE Service Provider\nCCIE Security\n\nRelevant cloud certifications such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud are preferred.\nAdditional networking or security certifications are an advantage.\nRequired Experience\nMinimum 15-18+ years of experience in the Network and Security domain.\nExtensive experience in network engineering, architecture, and progressively responsible technical leadership roles.\nExtensive experience working in large-scale enterprise networking environments.\nExtensive experience designing and architecting complex LAN and WAN environments.\nExtensive experience with network security and enterprise security architectures.\nExtensive experience with Data Center networking and connectivity.\nExtensive experience with cloud networking, including Azure and/or AWS.\nExtensive experience with SD-WAN and software-defined networking (SDN) concepts.\nProven experience with network transformation, modernization, migration, and optimization initiatives.\nProven experience working with network vendors, ISPs, cloud providers, and technology partners.\nDemonstrated experience providing technical leadership and architectural direction to engineering and operations teams.\nMandatory Requirements\n15-18+ years of relevant Network and Security experience.\nActive CCIE certification - Mandatory.\nStrong enterprise network architecture and design experience.\nExpert-level Cisco networking experience.\nStrong expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, and Data Center networking.\nStrong experience with network security technologies.\nStrong experience with cloud and hybrid network architectures.\nProven experience leading complex network projects and strategic initiatives.\nExcellent communication and
