You'll also play an important role in improving processes, resolving delivery challenges and ensuring projects align with business priorities.\nThis is an opportunity to contribute to important healthcare technology initiatives while collaborating with teams and clients across different regions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the planning, coordination and delivery of client projects and internal initiatives, ensuring milestones, budgets, scope and quality expectations are met.\nWork with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, work breakdown structures, dependencies and timelines.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and ensuring responsibilities and deadlines are clearly communicated.\nAct as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations and maintaining alignment across teams.\nMonitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and escalate challenges promptly, driving appropriate actions to keep delivery on track.\nIdentify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, operational efficiency and ways of working.\nCoordinate workloads and resources effectively to support project objectives and ensure teams understand their roles and responsibilities.\nEnsure projects follow established governance, processes and methodologies, including the Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) process.\nAssess project dependencies and potential impacts on other initiatives, helping teams make informed decisions and manage competing priorities.\nExperience & Skills\nRequired:\nAt least 5 years of relevant project management and/or management experience.\nExperience working in digital health or healthcare IT is essential.\nPMP certification.\nStrong project planning, organisation, tracking and reporting skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across different teams and levels of the business.\nExperience identifying project risks, resolving delivery challenges and driving issues through to resolution.\nAbility to analyse business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions.\nSolid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.\nBachelors degree in Business, IT or a related field is preferred.\nPreferred:\n10+ years of relevant professional experience.\nExperience with Altera Digital Health solutions or similar healthcare technology products.\nExperience managing complex projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders and competing priorities.\nWorking Arrangements\nThis is a fully remote position based in the United States. Candidates able to work hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone are preferred.
