This role is responsible for maintaining AV infrastructure, troubleshooting complex issues, supporting live meetings and events, and ensuring a seamless user experience across conference rooms and collaboration spaces.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide Tier 2/3 support for audiovisual systems, conferencing technologies, and workplace collaboration tools\nTroubleshoot and resolve escalated AV issues quickly to minimize meeting and event disruptions\nInstall, configure, and maintain conference room technologies, including displays, projectors, video conferencing systems, microphones, speakers, and control systems\nSupport and administer AV platforms such as Crestron, Logitech, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and related technologies\nPerform routine system testing, preventive maintenance, and firmware updates on AV equipment\nAssist end users with conference room setup, meeting support, and live event technology needs\nDiagnose and resolve issues related to audio, video, control systems, networking, and room scheduling technologies\nCollaborate with IT, Facilities, and external vendors to support AV deployments, upgrades, and system integrations\nParticipate in AV infrastructure projects, including room builds, technology refreshes, and equipment migrations\nDocument troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)\nMonitor AV system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and user experience\nQualifications:\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Audiovisual Technology, Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience\n3+ years of experience supporting audiovisual systems, unified communications, or workplace technology environments\nHands-on experience with conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams\nStrong understanding of AV signal flow, audio/video distribution, and troubleshooting methodologies\nExperience supporting AV control systems, including Crestron, Microsoft Teams Room or similar platforms\nAbility to diagnose and resolve complex AV and technology-related issues\nExcellent communication, customer service, and presentation support skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with digital signage, room scheduling systems, and unified communications technologies\nFamiliarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow\nExperience with cloud-based device management platforms and collaboration technologies\nExperience supporting executive meetings, town halls, and live events\nKey
