proven experience working with Malaysian government agencies, investment incentives, tax incentives, grants, or regulatory compliance programs.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram & Project Management & Coordination\nEstablish and manage the overall project plan, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies associated with the government approvals\nDrive project execution across multiple functional organizations including Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Tax, and Corporate Affairs.\nTrack progress against key milestones and provide regular status reporting to senior management.\nIdentify project risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid delays in application submission and approval.\nOfficial Government Application Management\nCoordinate the preparation, review, consolidation, and submission of all application documents.\nEnsure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of all information provided relevant agencies.\nMaintain application schedules and ensure timely closure of all action items arising from official reviews and queries.\nCoordinate responses to requests for clarification, additional information, and site assessments.\nGovernment & External Stakeholder Engagement\nServe as primary liaison with state and federal government agencies.\nCoordinate meetings, workshops, site visits, and presentations involving government stakeholders.\nMaintain professional relationships with external consultants, tax advisors, legal advisors, and government representatives.\nTrack regulatory developments and policy changes that may impact approval requirements.\nDocumentation & Compliance Management\nCreate and maintain a centralized repository of all project documentation and supporting evidence.\nCoordinate collection of corporate records, financial reports, organizational charts, headcount data, R&D activity documentation, patents, publications, and technology roadmaps.\nEnsure compliance with MIDA requirements and corporate governance standards.\nMaintain audit-ready documentation supporting the company's R&D activities and investments.\nexpenditures related to the application process.\nCross-Functional Stakeholder Management\nCoordinate data collection from engineering teams regarding R&D programs, innovation activities, patents, publications, and technology development initiatives.\nWork closely with HR to obtain workforce planning, talent development, and skills development information.\nCollaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.\nFacilitate alignment among stakeholders and resolve issues impacting project timelines.\nQualifications:\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.\nPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.\nExperience\nMinimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in project coordination, program management, regulatory\nRequired Skills\nProgram & Project Management\nStrong project planning and execution capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple advantage:\nExperience working with MIDA, MITI, MOF, Customs, or other Malaysian government agencies.\nExperience supporting investment incentives, tax incentives, grants, R&D status applications, MSC, or similar government programs.\nFamiliarity with Malaysian investment policies, R&D incentive frameworks, and government funding mechanisms.\nKnowledge of regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and documentation requirements associated with government incentive programs.\nExperience engaging with external consultants, tax advisors, legal advisors, or government affairs
