We are seeking a Project/Program Manager to lead the planning and delivery of web and digital initiatives in close partnership with Marketing, IT, and cross-functional teams.\nAbout the Role\nThe Project/Program Manager, Web and Digital- Contract will serve as the primary program management partner between Marketing and IT. This role will coordinate the delivery of website enhancements, digital platforms, system integrations, analytics implementations, AI-powered experiences, and other marketing technology initiatives.\nYou will translate business needs into clear project requirements, coordinate technical and nontechnical teams, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure projects move successfully from planning through development, testing, launch, and post-launch support.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with IT and development teams, and skilled at bringing clarity, accountability, and structure to complex digital projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nWeb and Digital Program Management\nManage the end-to-end delivery of web, digital, and marketing technology projects.\n\nLead project planning from discovery and requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.\n\nDevelop andmaintainproject plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, risk logs, decision logs, and status reports.\n\nCoordinate multiple projects and workstreams while managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and competing deadlines.\n\nDefine project scope,objectives, deliverables, success measures, acceptance criteria, and launch-readiness requirements.\n\nTrack progress and ensure project commitments are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality expectations.\n\nPartnership with IT\nServe as the primary liaison between Marketing and IT for web and digital initiatives.\n\nPartner with IT teams to evaluate project requirements, technical feasibility, architecture, resources, security needs, and delivery timelines.\n\nTranslate marketing and business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, development tickets, and acceptance criteria.\n\nCoordinate with web developers, solution architects, infrastructure teams, data teams, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and technical support teams.\n\nManage dependencies involving systems, APIs, integrations, environments, access, data, hosting, and deployment processes.\n\nEnsure Marketing and IT stakeholdersremainaligned on priorities, responsibilities, timelines, decisions, and expected outcomes.\n\nEscalate technical risks, resource constraints, and unresolved decisions before they affect delivery.\n\nWebsite and Digital Projects\nManage website redesigns, page and template development, content migrations, platform upgrades, and digital experience enhancements.\n\nCoordinate projects involving content management systems, site search, AI chatbots, analytics, personalization, marketing automation, and other digital platforms.\n\nSupport the implementation of new website capabilities, integrations, tools, and technical infrastructure.\n\nCoordinate content, design, development, SEO, accessibility, analytics, legal, privacy, and security requirements.\n\nManage quality assurance, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, production deployment, and post-launch validation.\n\nEnsure website releases meet business, technical, brand, accessibility, performance, and user experience requirements.\n\nCross-Functional Coordination\nPartner with Web Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Demand Generation, Analytics, Communications, Legal, Procurement, and regional teams.\n\nFacilitate project kickoffs, requirements sessions, technical reviews, design reviews, sprint planning, status meetings, testing sessions, and launch-readiness reviews.\n\nAssign and track action items, decisions, approvals, dependencies, and deliverables.\n\nCommunicate project status, accomplishments, risks, issues, and recommendations to project teams and leadership.\n\nHelp stakeholders understand technical constraints, tradeoffs, sequencing, and resource requirements.\n\nDrivetimelydecisions andmaintainalignment across business and technical teams.\n\nVendor and Process Management\nCoordinate deliverables across internal teams, external agencies, technology vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.\n\nManage vendor schedules, dependencies, deliverables, reviews, approvals, and contractual commitments.\n\nSupport statements of work, budget tracking, procurement processes, and vendor performance reviews.\n\nEstablish repeatable project management processes, templates, governance, documentation, and reporting standards.\n\nIdentifyopportunities to improve collaboration, delivery efficiency, visibility, and accountability between Marketing and IT.\n\nMaintain project documentation and ensure knowledge transfer is completed before project closeout.\n\nThe pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Communications, Operations, Computer Science, ora relatedfield.\n\n3+ years of experience in project management, program management, web operations, digital marketing, marketing technology, IT delivery, ora relatedrole.\n\nExperience managing websites, digital platforms, software implementations, system integrations, or technology-enabled marketing programs.\n\nDemonstrated experience working directly with IT, web development, engineering, or other technical teams.\n\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable technical deliverables.\n\nUnderstanding ofdigital project lifecycles, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.\n\nExperience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and technical dependencies simultaneously.\n\nStrong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to nontechnical audiences.\n\nExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.\n\nProficiencywith Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing corporate websites, website redesigns, digital transformation programs, or marketing technology initiatives.\n\nFamiliarity with content management systems such as Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, or similar platforms.\n\nExperience with AI-powered search, chatbots, enterprise search, analytics, tag management, personalization, or marketing automation platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with APIs, cloud platforms, system integrations, data flows, web hosting, andrelease-managementprocesses.\n\nUnderstanding ofSEO, web accessibility, data privacy, cybersecurity, analytics, and website performance requirements.\n\nExperience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.\n\nExperience managing external agencies, technology vendors, and implementation partners.\n\nExperience supporting global, enterprise-scale, or multilingual websites.\n\nExperience in semiconductor, enterprise technology, software, engineering, or technical B2B industries.\n\nPMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, or related certification is a plus.\n\nSuccess Profile\nThe ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative project leader who can effectively bridge the needs of Marketing and IT.
