This role partners closely with the corporate FP&A and Business finance team to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis.\nThis role is ideal for a highly motivated finance professional who enjoys working with data, building models, and partnering with business teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Planning & Analysis\nSupport the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and long term strategic plans.\nBuild and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and business decision-making.\nAssist in the consolidation and analysis of full P&L data.\nReporting & Variance Analysis\nPrepare variance analyses vs forecasts.\nDevelop clear, accurate reporting packages and dashboards for finance and business leadership.\nInvestigate and summarize key drivers behind spending variances and trends.\nBusiness Partnering & Support\nPartner with department stakeholders to gather inputs for budgets and forecasts.\nRespond to ad hoc data requests and analyses from finance leadership and business partners.\nSupport headcount and workforce cost tracking across the company.\nProcess & Systems Support\nHelp maintain and improve forecasting processes, templates, reporting tools, and financial systems.\nSupport data integrity and consistency across planning and reporting systems.\nContribute to broader finance transformation and process improvement initiatives as needed.\nThe pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.\n$118.9K - $172.2K USD\nWe use artificial intelligence to screen, assess, or select applicants for the position. Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations.\nQualifications:\nRequired\nBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.\n5-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related discipline.\nStrong Excel and financial modeling skills; comfort working with large data sets.\nStrong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred\nExperience in semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or other high-growth global organizations.\nExperience with enterprise planning and reporting platforms such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Oracle, SAP, or similar.\nExposure to G&A or operating expense budgeting and forecasting.\nProgress toward CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.\nLeadership Profile\nDetail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accuracy.\nCurious and eager to learn, with a continuous improvement
