This role will oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation process across global entities, drive process improvements, support external audits, and partner closely with FP&A, tax, treasury, technical accounting, and regional finance teams.\nThe ideal candidate is a highly analytical and hands-on accounting leader with strong consolidation, reporting, and systems expertise in a multinational environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation process across all legal entities.\nOversee intercompany accounting, including transaction matching, consolidation entries and eliminations, settlement processes, and resolution of out-of-balance activity.\nManage foreign currency translation, remeasurement, and related consolidated balance sheet and income statement impacts.\nEnsure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules.\nManage the global close calendar and coordinate deliverables across international accounting teams.\nEstablish and maintain effective consolidation policies, procedures, controls, and documentation.\nPartner with finance leaders to improve reporting quality, close predictability, and compliance with corporate accounting requirements. \nSupport technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards affecting consolidation, presentation, or reporting. \nCoordinate with external auditors and internal audit on consolidation-related requests, walkthroughs, testing, and remediation activities. \nIdentify opportunities to streamline and automate consolidation, reporting, and close processes. \nServe as the primary liaison between global finance and corporate IT and procurement teams, driving cross-functional alignment, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.\nThe pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations.\nQualifications:\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nCPA required.\n8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience with consolidations and financial reporting.\nExperience leading global or multi-entity consolidations in a complex, multinational organization.\nStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, intercompany accounting, foreign currency translation, and consolidated financial statements.\nExperience with enterprise resource planning and consolidation systems, such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.\nExperience leading and developing teams, including geographically distributed or cross-functional teams.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity
