Key responsibilities include organising training courses, inductions, and workshops; liaising with external training providers; managing bookings, logistics, and invoicing; maintaining accurate training records and compliance data; monitoring certification renewals; updating learning management systems; supporting new starter onboarding; analysing training feedback; preparing reports and training matrices; facilitating training sessions when required; and providing administrative support for apprenticeships, NVQs, and broader professional development initiatives.
