This includes maintaining regular communication with clients, coordinating site managers and delivery teams, ensuring the correct drawings and documentation are used, and overseeing the procurement of plant, equipment and materials. The role involves monitoring labour and material costs, managing supply chain partners, supporting commercial activities such as variations and monthly valuations, and attending internal and client meetings to review progress, risks and key actions.
