If you’re energized by real problems, real customers, and real impact, we want to hear from you!\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Alti, our AI agent product. Alti launched in July 2026 and is growing fast. Now we need to scale it: more agents, more automated routines, and our own machine learning models alongside LLMs.\nYou’re a product engineer first. You ship features that customers use, and you bring hands-on experience with LLMs, agents and data. You’ll work in a small squad with engineers, a PM and a Product Designer, and you’ll help the team get stronger at evaluation, observability and taking ML to production.\nThis is a remote position based in Brazil.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and ship Alti product features end to end, from conversational AI to agents and automated routines.\n\nDesign and improve RAG pipelines and prompt strategies.\n\nBuild LLM evaluation pipelines to measure quality and catch regressions.\n\nSet up monitoring and observability for AI features: prompts, models and usage.\n\nHelp take ML models to production with monitoring and continuous feedback loops.\n\nPartner with Product and Design to find where AI and ML can solve real customer problems.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nSolid experience as a software engineer building and shipping product features.\n\nHands-on work on AI products in the last 12 months (LLMs, agents, AI features). You don’t need to have led it, but you’ve built it.\n\nExperience with at least one of: chatbots/conversational AI, RAG, or LLM evaluation pipelines.\n\nStrong skills in at least one of Go, TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.\n\nA product mindset: you care about what gets delivered to users, not only the model.\n\nComfort in a fast-paced environment where you own many parts of the delivery chain.\n\nProfessional working proficiency in English.\n\nNice to Haves\nPrompt engineering experience.\n\nAI monitoring and observability tooling.\n\nAutonomous or personal agents working across channels (Slack, Teams, WhatsApp).\n\nExperience putting ML models into production (e.g., predictive models) with monitoring and feedback loops.\n\nBackground in fintech, payments or financial products.\n\nHas built and scaled ML/LLM products\n\nExperience at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B).\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary tailored to your experience, skills, and expertise.\n\nThe total compensation range for this role i s $90,000 - $105,000, plus equity. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position.
