Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, pre-employment checks, IT equipment and induction schedules, while supporting probation reviews and maintaining personnel records in line with GDPR requirements. Maintain accurate HRIS data, conduct audits, generate reports and produce People KPIs and dashboards to identify workforce trends and support leadership decision-making.
