You will be responsible for technical design, planning, change management, and recovery procedures across on-prem and cloud environments. You will evaluate networking solutions, support network initiatives, and contribute to projects that deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality network services for internal customers.\nResponsibilities include but not limited to:\nZealously promotes our 'Customer Centric' approach: 'working to be a part of our customer’s solutions.'\n\nAssist in upskilling fellow Network Administrators\n\nAssist with Network research, planning and implementation of new Network infrastructure and support ongoing projects\n\nSupport 24x7 operations environment (ability to support off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed)\n\nIdentify opportunities for automation, and assist with the development of automation systems to address those opportunities\n\nDevelop and implement new networking services using Infrastructure as Code\n\nCreate and maintain detailed and complete system documentation\n\nUtilize ticket tracking system to document all support incidents\n\nWork using agile methodologies and participate in agile ceremonies\n\nAssist with system monitoring, reviewing logs, and verifying completion of scheduled tasks\n\nCoordinate with service providers, vendors and teams to ensure resolution of network related issues\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nDemonstrated Customer Service & Troubleshooting skillsets\n\nThe ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and remain calm under pressure\n\n3+ years AWS, GCP, or Azure networking experience\n\nExperience supporting cloud development pipelines using Git, CI/CD tooling, Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code tooling as appropriate\n\nExperience with automation and configuration management tools including AWS and Azure CLI, or Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Python, PowerShell and Bash scripting\n\nExperience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery models\n\n6+ Years of Enterprise Networking experience including:\nNetwork engineering/architecture with a strong background designing cloud solutions\n\nProven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles and general management best practices\n\nAdvanced knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and standards including;\nOSI Model, Software Defined Networking\n\nTCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, FTP, SNMP, AAA/Radius, VoIP, VLANs, Spanning-Tree, BGP, OSPF\n\nArista VXLAN and MLAG configuration\n\nExperience with Arista Wireless technologies including ClearPass Policy Manager\n\nWorking knowledge of network monitoring and performance tools such as Wireshark\n\nAble to occasionally travel (up to 10%)\n\nDesired Qualifications:\nScripting Languages\nBash\n\nPython\n\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies\n\nOne or more certifications related to networking disciplines on AWS, Azure, GCP\n\nCurrent industry certifications such as CCNP, Arista ALE or APE, PCNSE\n\nCompensation\nAlteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation.
