The ideal candidate has strong SQL and Power BI experience, a solid understanding of accounting and financial concepts, and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models\nAnalyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and business opportunities\nIntegrate and transform data from multiple sources including ERP systems, databases, APIs, and spreadsheets\nWrite complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and validate large datasets\nPartner with finance, accounting, and operations teams to define reporting requirements and KPIs\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting environments\nTranslate business requirements into scalable BI solutions\nDocument data models, reporting logic, and BI processes\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or related field\n3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Financial Analysis, or Data Analytics\nStrong experience with Power BI\nSQL skills with querying and manipulating large datasets\nExperience integrating multiple data sources and building scalable reporting solutions\nUnderstanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nExperience working with big data environments and high-volume datasets\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with RCM\nExperience with QuickBooks\nExperience with Salesforce\nExperience with ERP systems such as NetSuite\nKnowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts\nExperience with Python, Azure, Snowflake, or cloud-based analytics platforms\nBenefits\nAlteva RCM offers our employees a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, employee assistance plan, paid family leave, short-term disability and life insurance.
