The role requires strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET development, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed messaging technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong software engineering background and the ability to take ownership of technical solutions, guide development activities, and contribute to scalable enterprise applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET technologies.\n\n- Develop robust, scalable, and secure backend services using modern .NET development practices.\n\n- Design and implement RESTful APIs for communication between applications, services, and external systems.\n\n- Develop and maintain microservices-based applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.\n\n- Design and implement asynchronous and event-driven solutions using messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.\n\n- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.\n\n- Lead the development of complex software components and provide technical direction to other developers.\n\n- Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.\n\n- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and development best practices.\n\n- Identify and resolve complex technical issues across application components and integrations.\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis to ensure long-term resolution.\n\n- Develop efficient, reusable, and maintainable code while ensuring application performance and reliability.\n\n- Work closely with architects, product teams, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\n- Participate in the complete SDLC, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\n\n- Contribute to improving development processes, engineering standards, and overall software quality.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.\n\n- Ensure solutions are designed with appropriate considerations for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.\n\nRequired Technical Skills :\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.\n\n- Strong software development and engineering experience.\n\n- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.\n\n- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.\n\n- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and/or Kafka.\n\n- Good understanding of distributed systems and service-to-service communication.\n\n- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.\n\n- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.\n\n- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering best practices.\n\nLeadership & Collaboration :\n\n- Experience in a lead-level software engineering role is preferred.\n\n- Ability to take ownership of technical deliverables and complex development initiatives.\n\n- Ability to guide developers and conduct effective code reviews.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\n- Good communication and collaboration skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and customer-facing teams.\n\n- Ability to translate technical requirements into practical and scalable software solutions.\n\nCandidate Requirements :\n\n- 6 -
