The role involves taking AI solutions from experimentation and prototyping through production deployment, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nAI/ML & Deep Learning : \n\n- Design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.\n\n- Work on supervised and unsupervised learning problems across structured and unstructured datasets.\n\n- Apply NLP techniques for text classification, information extraction, semantic analysis, and other language-based use cases.\n\n- Develop predictive models using Scikit-Learn and gradient-boosting frameworks such as XGBoost, LightGBM, and CatBoost.\n\n- Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and model optimization.\n\n- Analyze model performance and implement improvements to accuracy, scalability, and reliability.\n\n- Translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions.\n\nGenerative AI & LLM : \n\n- Design and develop Generative AI applications using Large Language Models.\n\n- Build LLM-powered applications using RAG, prompt engineering, and contextual retrieval techniques.\n\n- Develop and optimize prompts for different business and technical use cases.\n\n- Implement document question-answering, knowledge assistants, summarization, classification, extraction, and conversational AI solutions.\n\n- Work with LangChain and LangGraph to develop agentic and LLM-based workflows.\n\n- Evaluate LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and reliability.\n\n- Implement techniques to improve LLM grounding, context management, and response quality.\n\nRAG & AI Application Development : \n\n- Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise applications.\n\n- Work with document ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, retrieval, reranking, and response generation.\n\n- Integrate vector databases and search technologies into GenAI applications.\n\n- Develop multi-step AI workflows and agent-based applications.\n\n- Explore advanced approaches such as GraphRAG where applicable.\n\n- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready.\n\nAWS Cloud & Deployment : \n\n- Design and deploy AI/ML applications on AWS.\n\n- Work with AWS EKS for containerized application deployment and orchestration.\n\n- Develop serverless components using AWS Lambda.\n\n- Use Amazon S3 for data and model artifact storage.\n\n- Implement event-driven architectures using SNS and SQS.\n\n- Develop and integrate APIs using Amazon API Gateway.\n\n- Support deployment, monitoring, scaling, and troubleshooting of AI/ML workloads on AWS.\n\n- Follow cloud architecture and security best practices.\n\nBackend & Microservices : \n\n- Develop scalable backend services using Python.\n\n- Design and build REST APIs for AI/ML and GenAI applications.\n\n- Develop microservices-based architectures for AI solutions.\n\n- Containerize applications using Docker.\n\n- Integrate AI/ML services with enterprise applications and data platforms.\n\n- Implement robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and service-level controls.\n\nData & SQL : \n\n- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.\n\n- Work with structured and unstructured data sources.\n\n- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.\n\n- Ensure data quality and consistency for ML and GenAI pipelines.\n\n- Work with large datasets and optimize data processing workflows.\n\nDevelopment & DevOps : \n\n- Use Git for source-code management and collaborative development.\n\n- Follow software engineering best practices for version control, code reviews, testing, and deployment.\n\n- Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment.\n\n- Collaborate with DevOps, Data Engineering, Product, and Business teams.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation covering architecture, code, APIs, models, and deployment processes.\n\nTechnical Leadership : \n\n- Lead technical design and implementation of AI/ML and GenAI solutions.\n\n- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on AI/ML development practices.\n\n- Review code, architecture, model implementations, and technical designs.\n\n- Drive engineering best practices across AI/ML projects.\n\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\n- Participate in solution design, technical discussions, estimation, and delivery planning.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across application, cloud, data, and AI layers.\n\nEducational Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n- 8 -
