The ideal candidate should also have experience with REFramework, SQL, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nRPA Development :\n\n- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath.\n\n- Develop scalable and reusable automation workflows using UiPath Studio.\n\n- Build and manage automation processes through UiPath Orchestrator.\n\n- Implement robust exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and transaction management.\n\n- Follow UiPath development best practices, coding standards, and reusable component design.\n\n- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective automation solutions.\n\n- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support for automation workflows.\n\nUiPath & REFramework :\n\n- Develop automation solutions using UiPath REFramework.\n\n- Configure workflows for transaction-based processing and exception handling.\n\n- Implement business and system exception handling mechanisms.\n\n- Configure queues, assets, credentials, triggers, jobs, and processes in UiPath Orchestrator.\n\n- Monitor automation jobs and resolve production failures.\n\n- Optimize existing UiPath workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.\n\nPython & AI Integration :\n\n- Develop Python scripts and components to support RPA and intelligent automation use cases.\n\n- Integrate Python-based solutions with UiPath workflows.\n\n- Build automation solutions leveraging AI/ML and Natural Language Processing (NLP).\n\n- Work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered automation use cases.\n\n- Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and other LLM-based services into automation workflows.\n\n- Develop solutions for intelligent document processing, text extraction, classification, summarization, and information processing.\n\n- Evaluate opportunities to combine traditional RPA with AI/GenAI capabilities.\n\nDocument Understanding & OCR :\n\n- Design and implement document-processing automation using UiPath Document Understanding.\n\n- Work with OCR technologies for extracting structured information from unstructured documents.\n\n- Configure document classification, data extraction, validation, and processing workflows.\n\n- Automate processing of invoices, forms, statements, reports, and other business documents.\n\n- Improve extraction accuracy through appropriate validation and exception-handling mechanisms.\n\nIntelligent Automation :\n\n- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and rule-based business processes.\n\n- Design end-to-end intelligent automation solutions combining RPA, AI, NLP, OCR, and GenAI.\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and automation requirements.\n\n- Contribute to automation solution architecture and technical design.\n\n- Develop reusable automation components to accelerate future RPA implementations.\n\nDatabase & API Integration :\n\n- Work with SQL databases for data retrieval, updates, validation, and automation workflows.\n\n- Develop SQL queries for automation-related data processing and reporting.\n\n- Integrate RPA workflows with databases, APIs, web applications, and enterprise systems.\n\n- Troubleshoot data and integration-related issues across automation workflows.\n\nDevOps & CI/CD :\n\n- Use Git for source-code management and version control.\n\n- Work with Azure DevOps for code repositories, work items, build pipelines, and deployment processes.\n\n- Support CI/CD implementation for UiPath automation solutions.\n\n- Follow appropriate branching, code review, release, and deployment practices.\n\n- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to improve automation deployment processes.\n\nTesting & Production Support :\n\n- Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support for automation solutions.\n\n- Troubleshoot automation failures and production incidents.\n\n- Monitor deployed automations through UiPath Orchestrator.\n\n- Analyze logs and identify root causes of application, workflow, or integration failures.\n\n- Implement fixes, enhancements, and performance improvements.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and support
