This position is first shift, Monday to Friday. The expected hourly pay for this role ranges between $20-$26/hr based on overall candidate experience. \n\nThe primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:\nDispatch Technicians to handle service requests and preventive maintenance (PM) \nTake, record and prioritize customer calls for service requests \nCompile and complete customer summary invoicing \nOrganize and file paperwork for the department \nMaintain Technician time log \nAnswering internal and customer service calls \nWeekly payroll time card entry \nOpening and closing work orders, including accurately recording story lines into each order \nInvoicing & accounts receivables assistance \nPM running & monitoring throughout the month \nPM tracking reports & audit completed work for weekly meeting \nPM scheduling for technicians \nWork in process (WIP) assistance to dispatch proper technician (closest technician with correct skill set) to our customers \nFleet service call monitoring & assignment \nFleetmatics monitoring to ensure technicians are on time at field accounts \nResponsible for various reports (PM's completed, overtime, non-productive clocking, first start tracking, tracker audits) \nAssist Technicians with finding technical data \nIncorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities \nPerforms other duties as assigned \nDesired Skills and Qualifications: \nPrevious dispatching, warranty administrative or mechanic experience is highly preferred \nA strong technical knowledge base is desired to answer technician questions \nMust have strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous ERP experience is a plus. \nPossess excellent verbal and written communication skills \nExcellent time management skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of coworkers, as well as customers \nLanguage Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. \nMathematical Skills - Basic: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. \nReasoning Ability - Basic: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
