The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:\n\nJob Duties:\nCommunicating effectively with peers, internal and external customers on the status of service work and all other related items\nInputting the technicians time daily onto the work orders in the system as required for work order completion and payroll\nCompleting and invoicing service orders in a timely manner\nInputting invoices into various customers systems/portals as required\nInbound calls from customers regarding service invoice issues and resolution of complaints\nArrange 3rd party services which include issuing purchase orders, receiving purchase orders and applying to service orders\nProviding assistance to our dispatch office to take customer calls as backup\nProviding assistance to Service Manager when required\nProvide support and assistance on other tasks as they arise\n\nSkills:\nHigh School Diploma\nCollege or additional certification is a definite asset\nEnglish fluency and effective verbal and writing communication skills\nKnowledge and experience in Excel and other computers skills are a MUST\nExcellent communication skills and follow up on requests and task are a MUST\nExcellent work ethic\nSuperior organizational skills and multitasking ability\nExperience in a similar position is an asset\nStrong technical and mechanical background in the automotive or forklift industry is an asset\nWe do not require Canadian work experience for this role.\nLanguage Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.\nMathematical Skills - Basic: Ability to add and subtract\nReasoning Ability - Intermediate: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
