The Telematics Project Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle of the HYG Telematics solution. The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:\nEffectively present to customer’s either onsite or via web meetings in front of a group and show the benefits of our products and services.\nDevelop method to effectively manage multiple ongoing projects.\nCreate and submit sale proposals.\nCreate billing contracts within Alta’s business systems.\nAccurately determine the products required for each customer and submit orders to OEM.\nCoordinate with internal departments for product deliveries and installations.\nProvide training and guide customers for a successful product launch.\nUpdate and maintain customer information within the telematics portal.\nProvide excellent ongoing customer service and support.\nTroubleshoot issues with customers and external technical support.\nUpdate and track support tickets.\nAccurately create and track customer invoices.\nActively monitor and report department profitability.\nDesired Skills and Qualifications:\nRecent college graduate with 4 year degree preferred or equivalent project management experience\nBilingual French and English communication skills are preferred\nProfessional business experience is highly desired\nPossess excellent written and verbal communication skills\nMust be able to quickly apply training received\nTechnical background with good computer skills\nWell organized.\nDesire to succeed.\nPositive, customer focused attitude\nComputer Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Business Intelligence (BI)\nLanguage Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.\nMathematical Skills - Intermediate: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.\nReasoning Ability - High: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.\nConsistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time.
