Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers through phone calls and live chat platforms, effectively handling objections, and converting warm leads into active medical service subscriptions. You will manage the end-to-end sales follow-up process and ensure accurate data logging within our CRM to maximize conversion rates and support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert leads into medical service subscriptions through phone calls and chat interactions.
• Present service options clearly and professionally while addressing customer objections.
• Update the CRM database accurately with call outcomes and maintain consistent follow-up with leads.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and negotiation skills with a strong ability to close deals.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and various digital chat platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Native or fluent Arabic language skills, both spoken and written.

• Proficiency in speaking the Saudi dialect is required.
