We opened a branch in Poland in 2020 and currently employ over 150 Engineers. \nWe are looking for Business Data Migration expert that ensures data is delivered for data migration activities in a deployment for Data objects in his/her scope. The data includes but is not limited to VM, PO, PIR, SL, in both Direct and Indirect Procurement. Acts as the functional SPoC for data migration on the assigned objects for a given release.\nResponsibilities:\nPerform or ensure data cleansing tasks are completed on time  \n\nComplete data collection for manual/construction objects on time \n\nWork together with IT counterparts to prepare value mappings \n\nCreate and maintain master lists if applicable for assigned objects \n\nProvide business insights and information to technical teams for extraction and conversion from the legacy system(s) for assigned data objects \n\nWork together with IT team and country Business Data Owners to identify objects in scope for country \n\nEnsure data readiness & verify quality throughout data journey for assigned data objects \n\nVerify that data is fit for purpose (incl. alignment with internal/external stakeholders) \n\nApprove upload files before and after load for all assigned data objects (including formal approval) \n\nPerform manual (type-in) data loads into target clients where applicable for assigned objects \n\nPerform dual maintenance \n\nExecution and approval of data verification scripts  \n\nAct as SPoC for assigned objects as part of defect management process during Hypercare \n\nData Cleansing completion for relevant data objects on project(s) within the region based on given data migration schedule \n\nData Loads completion for relevant data objects on project(s) within the region based on given data migration schedule \n\nAll major issues related to data quality for relevant data objects resolved based on given project(s) schedule \n\nYour skills & experience:\n5+ years in country & global roles \n\nERP SAP project implementation experience \n\nStrong knowledge about the business processes in the area of Vendor master and other Procurement data. \n\nData Migration experience preferred \n\nBachelor or Master degree preferred \n\nGood communication and negotiation skills, good stakeholder management \n\nStrategic and hands on way of working
