We opened a branch in Poland in 2020 and currently employ over 150 Engineers. \nWe are looking for an experienced Cloud & AI Platform Architect to design and implement secure, scalable foundations for agentic AI solutions running in Azure environments.\nThe role focuses on building reusable platform capabilities covering identity, security, API and tool access, observability, deployment, and infrastructure automation. You will work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure that AI agents can securely interact with enterprise systems and data.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign secure and scalable Azure architectures for agentic AI and multi-agent solutions.\n\nDefine identity and access management for AI agents, workloads, and enterprise services.\n\nDesign secure API and tool access patterns for AI agents.\n\nImplement observability and end-to-end tracing for agent workflows, tool calls, and system interactions.\n\nEstablish Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automated environment promotion.\n\nApply security best practices to agentic AI systems, including secrets management, access control, prompt injection, and data protection.\n\nCollaborate with data and AI teams on governance, security, and integration requirements.\n\nDefine reusable architecture patterns and standards that can be applied across multiple AI solutions.\n\nYour skills & experience:\nStrong experience designing cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure.\n\nHands-on knowledge of Azure identity and access management, particularly workload and managed identities.\n\nExperience with API management, secure service-to-service communication, and enterprise integrations.\n\nPractical experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD.\n\nUnderstanding of observability, distributed tracing, and monitoring of cloud applications.\n\nStrong understanding of cloud and AI security, including risks specific to agentic AI systems.\n\nExperience working with enterprise data governance and security frameworks.\n\nAbility to design architecture patterns and explain technical decisions to both engineering and business stakeholders.\n\nIf you value working in an environment that values trust and empowerment then we are waiting for you!
