- Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient product and platform solutions using Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Implement best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment to maintain code quality and reduce technical debt.
- Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring robust and responsive applications.
- Participate in architectural discussions and provide insights on technology choices to align with organizational goals.
- Contribute to project planning and management, providing estimates and tracking progress against milestones.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to software development and engineering.
