CyberArk for privileged access management.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOwn all four production SQL Server environments - performance, availability, security, and compliance\n\nDefine and implement data retention and deletion policies - a critical gap confirmed by Data and AI Lead\n\nLead SQL Server CDC configuration and reliability for the Redshift ingestion pipeline\n\nManage data volume growth - implement archiving, partitioning, and capacity strategies\n\nOversee database security including CyberArk-based privileged access management\n\nCollaborate with the Data Platform team on the broader platform consolidation programme\n\nEstablish and enforce DBA standards, backup and recovery procedures across all four environments\n\nMentor and manage IC DBAs within the team\n\nEnsure PCI DSS compliance across all SQL Server environments - PAN, PII, CVV controls\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\n12+ years in SQL Server DBA roles - multi-environment production experience required\n\nProven experience managing large-scale SQL Server estates with significant data volume challenges\n\nDeep expertise in data retention, archiving, and deletion policy design and implementation\n\nStrong SQL Server CDC experience for downstream ingestion pipelines\n\nAWS experience: EC2, DynamoDB, RDS\n\nFamiliarity with CyberArk or equivalent PAM solutions\n\nPCI DSS database compliance experience -
