We opened a branch in Poland in 2020 and currently employ over 150 Engineers. \nThe Technical Project Manager will lead the day-to-day delivery of the client managed services programme, serving as the primary point of contact between Altimetrik and client. This role is accountable for programme governance, delivery rhythm, risk management, and ensuring the team operates within client's tools and processes throughout the engagement.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn the day-to-day delivery of the programme across both the Transition and Steady State phases, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and SLAs are met\n\nMaintain the programme governance cadence — weekly operations reviews, monthly service reviews, and quarterly business reviews with client stakeholders\n\nOwn the RAID log, escalation process, and change request pipeline, ensuring all risks and issues are tracked and resolved within agreed timelines\n\nManage backlog prioritisation in collaboration with client's Programme Manager, ensuring the team executes against the agreed and prioritised backlog\n\nCoordinate on-call rota, incident escalation, and release management across the pod\n\nProduce weekly operations reports, monthly service reports, and annual productivity reports\n\nManage stakeholder relationships across client's programme, operations, and technical teams\n\nYour skills & experience:\n8–10 years of experience in technical programme or project management, with at least 3 years in a managed services or platform operations environment\n\nProven experience managing complex, multi-workstream software delivery programmes in a client-facing role\n\nStrong understanding of agile delivery practices, backlog management, and sprint-based execution\n\nExperience operating within client tooling environments (Jira, Confluence) and maintaining full delivery transparency\n\nDemonstrable experience managing SLA-driven service delivery with formal governance and reporting\n\nBackground in payments, fintech, or regulated platform environments strongly preferred\n\nExperience managing transitions or service takeovers from incumbent providers is highly desirable\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate at both operational and executive levels\n\nPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred\n\nIf you value working in an environment that values trust and empowerment then we are waiting for you!
