Role Overview

As a Copilot Studio Developer, you will be part of a versatile technology team based in Poland, delivering consulting services to leading organizations across the EMEIA region and globally.

This position offers an opportunity to work on innovative, AI-driven solutions while further developing your technical and consulting expertise. You will contribute to end-to-end solution delivery using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, RPA, and related technologies, supporting top-tier clients in the financial sector.

We are looking for professionals who combine strong technical capabilities with a consulting mindset. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. A willingness to learn, openness to new technologies, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude are essential to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience delivering Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate)
• Hands-on experience building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Experience integrating solutions with enterprise systems (REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks or projects effectively
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoGen or Microsoft Agent Framework
• Knowledge of .NET framework
• Scripting or coding experience (JavaScript, C#), especially for custom connectors or UI adjustments
• Experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL (design and performance optimization)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PL-200, AI-102 or similar)
• Experience facilitating workshops, hackathons, or technical sessions

Requirements

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using the Power Platform
• Build and enhance applications using Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Power Pages)
• Develop agent-based solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, focusing on low-code approaches
• Integrate Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., via APIs, Azure services)
• Maintain and support existing automation solutions and applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation
• Translate business needs into scalable and effective technical solutions
• Stay current with advancements in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI technologies
