About The Role
This is a summer internship designed to give you real exposure to venture capital research - not coffee runs and data entry. You'll work alongside Sector Leads and Analysts on active diligence: conducting interviews, synthesizing findings, building company profiles, and contributing to reports that go directly to investors evaluating Series A+ investments.
Strong performers will be considered for full-time roles in our 2-year Analyst program. You'll leave with a genuine understanding of how investment decisions get made, a network of industry contacts, and work product you can point to.
You'll be mentored by Sector Leads and a Founding CRO (ex-McKinsey, ex-Growth Investor). The CEO is a former BCG Managing Director & Partner. You won't be filing TPS reports. You'll work directly with senior people who've led diligence at the top firms.
About You
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or MBA degree, with a strong academic record
A quantitative and analytical foundation. You're the person who digs until the answer makes sense.
Genuine curiosity about AI, technology, and what makes companies succeed or fail
An appetite for the things that make consulting and banking attractive (intellectual challenge, structured mentorship, working on high-stakes problems) - and you're exploring whether venture is where you want to build a career
Clear communication skills. You can synthesize complexity into something a decision-maker can act on.
