You’ll help move a PeopleSoft HCM environment from Image 48 to Image 55, contributing hands-on technical expertise across analysis, retrofit planning, development, testing, troubleshooting and implementation.\n\nYou’ll collaborate with HR, Payroll, Occupational Health, Information Services, vendors and other project stakeholders to understand delivered changes and their impact on existing customizations and integrations. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a complex enterprise environment while helping teams maintain a stable, sustainable HRIS platform.\n\nWhat’s In It for You\nYou’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional project where your PeopleSoft expertise will have an immediate impact. You’ll gain exposure to a significant HCM upgrade, complex integrations and enterprise processes, while sharing your knowledge with technical and business teams.\n\nYour Responsibilities\n• You’ll develop, retrofit, test and implement PeopleSoft HRIS enhancements, customizations, reports, workflows and integrations.\n• You’ll use PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, Query Manager, Data Mover and Process Scheduler.\n• You’ll analyze upgrade-related requirements, compare delivered changes and complete technical retrofits and custom code remediation.\n• You’ll troubleshoot application, data, security, integration, batch, workflow and performance issues.\n• You’ll maintain specifications, test scripts, data mappings, process flows and technical documentation.\n• You’ll support testing, implementation, production activities and post-go-live troubleshooting.\n• You’ll collaborate across technical and business teams while providing knowledge transfer on PeopleSoft functionality and support procedures.\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n• 6+ years of experience working in a PeopleSoft development environment, supported by a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.\n• Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PeopleTools 8.62 and Image 48 or above, with Image 55 experience preferred.\n• Proficiency with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, Query Manager, Data Mover, Process Scheduler and PeopleSoft Fluid development tools.\n• Significant PeopleSoft HCM experience, including ePerformance and Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.\n• Experience with technical retrofits, custom code remediation, integrations, security, workflow, reporting, debugging, testing and production support.\n• Knowledge of XML and related web technologies.
