Based in Fergus, you’ll be a key point of contact for employees, resolving day-to-day technology issues while helping ensure systems and equipment operate reliably.\n\nThis role combines Level 1 and Level 2 user support with exposure to infrastructure, networking, servers and IT projects. You’ll gain exposure to desktop, server and network infrastructure while working with experienced IT teams and contributing to projects, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.\n\nYour Responsibilities\n• You’ll provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to on-site users, troubleshooting incidents and service requests.\n• You’ll install, configure, image and maintain PCs and other IT equipment.\n• You’ll support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Windows Server and related technologies.\n• You’ll assist with network and infrastructure troubleshooting, including Cisco and Meraki environments.\n• You’ll monitor equipment and systems while following established security, service and operating procedures.\n• You’ll diagnose incidents, identify root causes and escalate complex issues when required.\n• You’ll document solutions and maintain accurate knowledge-management resources.\n\nSkills and Qualifications\n• 5+ years of Information Technology experience, ideally within hands-on desktop, technical or infrastructure support.\n• Associate Degree in Science required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.\n• Strong knowledge of business systems, computer hardware and network infrastructure.\n• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Tanium, and Windows Server 2016 and 2025.\n• Working knowledge of networking technologies, including Cisco and Meraki.\n• Experience supporting hardware such as HP PCs, Dell HCI servers and printers.\n• ITIL knowledge is preferred, along with strong analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nWhy Partner with Altis\nIf you’ve never worked with a staffing agency before, we make it easy.
