Additional information is available at altisource.com.\nWe are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Financial Reporting to lead our financial reporting function. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex reporting processes. This position is U.S.-based and offers flexibility with remote work options to support work-life balance.\n Key Responsibilities:\n-Oversee preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures.\n-Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal control requirements.\n-Lead technical accounting research and implementation of new standards.\n-Manage financial consolidation and reporting processes across multiple entities.\n-Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.\n-Maintain SOX compliance and strengthen internal control frameworks.\n-Provide financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making.\n-Mentor and develop the financial reporting team.\n -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.\n-CPA required; additional certifications (CMA, CIA) a plus.\n-3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting, including SEC reporting and public accounting.\n-Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.\n-Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.\n-Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems.\nPreferred Attributes:\n-Experience with IFRS and international reporting standards.\n-Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls.\n-Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.\nCPA designation\n-Experience in a large public accounting firm\n-Experience working for a multi-national company\nAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\n- Experience in a senior leadership role(s) building and leading a team of experts in an FP&A function\n- Knowledge of financial applications within FP&A and has an understanding of the data relations and interdependencies.\n- Strong functional knowledge of accounting principles. The FP&A leader must possess far-reaching understanding of public company accounting and SEC reporting in order to successfully partner with other parts of the finance organization, including accounting, finance operations and investor relations.\n- Extensive prior involvement with operational finance.
