The Bale Breaker is also expected to follow our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:\nEnsure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.\nMaintain a constant flow of materials to the bale breaker.\nOperate forklift to retrieve bales from assigned locations.\nOperate and maintain bale breaker and related equipment, including grinder, wire cutter, and tow motor.\nRemove excess waste, including all wires or bands, before submitting bale of raw materials to the bale breaker.\nMaintain proper disposal of full waste boxes and hoppers.\nKeep and report accurate records of all bales processed.\nMaintain a clean work area, including re-submitting bottles that have fallen from bales to the bale breaker.\n•Other duties as assigned by management.\nReasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.\n\nQualifications:Minimum Requirements:\n2+ Years manufacturing experience\nPreferred:\nForklift certification\nAltium Packaging, Our Culture Differentiates Us!\n\nWe incorporate our Guiding Principles into all aspects and at all levels of the organization and use them as a framework for decision-making.
