Typically reports to the Customer Service Manager.\nMonitor the blow mold machines to ensure quality of product and its processing\nOrder entry & maintenance\nShipping verification\nPricing verification\nInput customer feedback into the Quality Database & Customer Feedback Database\nAssist with customer inventory management\nManage customer owned inventory (labels, corrugate, etc.)\nManage customer specific finished goods\nAssist with the management of obsolete inventory\nAssist with accounts receivables\nMaintenance of manual BOL\nInvoicing verification\nSample shipments\nMail marketing information (brochures)\nGenerate and distribute customer-required reports (inventory, volume, etc.)\nAssist with Credit Memos when needed\nMaintain customer files\nReasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.\n\nQualifications:Prior manufacturing experience is desired\nTwo years prior customer service experience is required\nAn AS degree is preferred\nKnowledge of MS Office is required\n\nTargeted Pay Rate:\n$21.00\n\nAltium Packaging, Our Culture Differentiates Us!\n\nWe incorporate our Guiding Principles into all aspects and at all levels of the organization and use them as a framework for decision-making.
