How does an extra $0.75 per hour sound?\nWe have a unique opportunity to open yourself up to 3 full days off each week!!!\nThursday: 8hrs- 6:30am-3:00pm\nFriday: 8hrs- 6:30am-3:00pm\nSaturday: 12hrs- 6:30am-7:00pm\nSunday: 12hrs- 6:30am-7:00pm\nIf this all sounds appealing, check out our job description below and take that next step toward joining our team!!\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nSafely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and established safety procedures.\nEnsure compliance with all corporate and plant safety standards, GMP requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nLoad and unload trucks according to customer specifications and company standards.\nSecure product loads to ensure safe transportation and shipment.\nMove materials, products, pallets, and containers throughout the facility as needed.\nSupply production lines with raw materials to maintain operational efficiency and minimize downtime.\nMonitor material usage on the production floor and replenish inventory as required.\nWeigh materials and products and accurately document results on tags, labels, logs, or production schedules.\nLabel, sort, wrap, stack, and prepare products for storage or shipment.\nPerform inventory counts and assist with inventory control activities.\nStore and retrieve materials from designated warehouse locations.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nInspect forklifts and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.\nPerform other duties as assigned by management.\nReasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent required.\nExperience\nPrevious forklift operating experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.\nCertifications\nCurrent OSHA-compliant forklift certification required or ability to obtain certification upon hire.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.\nAbility to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.\nBasic inventory and warehouse management skills.\nAbility to accurately complete documentation and production records.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday.\nAbility to lift and/or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nAbility to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely.\nAbility to work in varying warehouse and manufacturing environments.\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement\nThe requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
