This role provides user support and training to support HR and business functions, while collaborating on system enhancements and leading HRIS-related projects.Essential Functions - Roles/Responsibilities\nSupport the administration and maintenance of the Company’s Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS).\nAssist with system configurations, user access and security, data entry, and change documentation under established procedures.\nPerform routine audits and data validation to help maintain HRIS data quality and integrity.\nApply established configuration standards that support system integrity, efficiency, and consistency.\nResearch and resolve routine data, security, business process, and integration issues, escalating complex matters as needed.\nExecute and document testing for system changes and updates using defined test plans.\nProvide timely end-user support for HRIS-related inquiries and issues.\nRecommend opportunities to improve and automate HRIS workflows.\nAssist with end-user training and maintain supporting resources and documentation.\nDevelop and deliver standard reports and dashboards that support decision-making, compliance, and stakeholder needs.\nCoordinate with Information Systems, payroll vendors, talent acquisition, talent management, and other functions on HRIS data and system needs.\nWork with HRIS vendors and third parties to support updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.\nSupport functional leads with communications, documentation, and other change-management activities for system changes.\nAssist with biannual Workday releases by testing updates and documenting relevant functionality.\nMaintain working knowledge of Workday technologies, relevant regulatory changes, and data privacy and security requirements.\nBuild and maintain positive working relationships with project team members, managers, and employees across the organization.\nReasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.\n\nRequired Education and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.\nThree to five years of Workday experience in an analyst or administrator role supporting core HR functions.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, prototyping, and testing.\nExperience creating or modifying Workday calculated fields and supporting security-role administration.\nEffective communication skills and a service-oriented approach to internal customers and colleagues.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support projects through the full lifecycle.\nPractical and creative approach to solving technical and process-related problems.\nAbility to work independently, take initiative, manage time effectively, and prioritize assigned work.\nAbility to handle sensitive and highly confidential information and analyze data to recommend solutions.\nWorking understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions, and processes.\nPreferred Education and Experience\nWorkday Pro Absence and/or Time Tracking Certification.\nExperience with Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking.\nAltium Packaging, Our Culture Differentiates Us!\n\nWe incorporate our Guiding Principles into all aspects and at all levels of the organization and use them as a framework for decision-making.
