Industrial Maintenance Technician II is also responsible for following our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.In addition to Industrial Maintenance TechnicianI responsibilities, role will include, but is not limited tothe following:\nEnsure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.\nInstall, adjustand repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and other related equipment.\nPerform mold, neck tooling changes, pinand other equipment changes.\nInspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses.\nInspect, rebuildand replace valves and pumps\nPerform preventive maintenance on all related equipment.\nMaintain machines in optimal processing condition.\nWeld, fabricate, and repair various machines.\nTroubleshoot, locate root problemsand repair blow mold, baggers & support equipment.\nMay operate blow mold or injection machines\nCommunicate with other departments on a frequent basis.\nDuties may differentiateby plant based on equipment and plant design.\nOther duties as assigned by management.\nReceives instructions on specific job taskby Lead Industrial Maintenance Technicianor Supervisor. Assistance is furnished on unusual problems and work is reviewed for application of sound professional judgment. \nReasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nThe requirements listed below are minimum requirements for the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes.
