Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nBachelors’ degree or equivalent of 4+ years related work experience in inventory control, logistics, or related discipline.\nThree plus years of experience in logistics in a manufacturing environment.\nPrior experience with Warehouse Management Systems required. JDE experience a plus. Skills:\nAbility to partner with internal and external customers and manage complex communications.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement focus highly preferred\nAbility to communicate both written and verbally with all levels of external and internal customers. \nDemonstrated proficient computer skills to include Office 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point) in addition to order management systems. \nAbility to effectively assess situations and make appropriate decisions in a timely manner. \nAbility to focus on fine details. \nStrong problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong interpersonal skills.\nAbility to understand inventory and production schedules.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes.
