Role is responsible for troubleshooting process problems and performing minor maintenance to ensure continued operation of the production line. Machine Technician II is also responsible for following our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.In addition to Machine Operator responsibilities, the Machine Technician II role will include, but is notlimited tothe following:\nDemonstrates mastery of entry-level Machine Operator skills and is capable of teaching Level-1 Machine Operatorskills.\nDemonstrate the adherence to quality control and blow mold process procedures.\nDemonstrate mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.\nDemonstrate working knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures\nDemonstrates basic Machine Operatorskills by maintaining critical processing outputs such as adjusting parisons, tail adjustments, regrind levels, weights controls and other operator required adjustments.\nRuns two lines consistently.\nRepair or replace pneumatic and hydraulic lines.\nAssist with preventive maintenance, mold, neck and blow pin and other mechanical changes.\nTroubleshoot and resolve process problems.\nAble to operate on multiple platforms, cross functional, can train entry-level Machine Operators, and can shadow Machine Operators(site-specific, if applicablebased on plant equipment). \nDuties maydifferentiateby plant based on equipment and plant design.\nCan efficiently change colors without excessive product loss.\nReceives instructions on specific job taskby Lead Operator or Supervisor. Assistance is furnished on unusual problems and work is reviewed for application of sound professional judgment. \nReasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nThe requirements listed below are minimum requirements for the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes.
