Drives compliance with standard operating procedures and policies, such as Safety, Quality, GMP, and CPS.\n\nJob Description\nRoles and Responsibilities: \nChampions a safety culture, ensures a safe work environment, and promotes safe behavior.\nMonitors environment and becomes aware of conditions that may affect employee safety and security; takes corrective action.\nCommunicates to ensure employees learn and comply with specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies.\nPrepares training plans and conducts or assigns safety, maintenance, machine operation and quality assurance training to new employees.\nPrepares documentation and provides performance feedback to introductory employees.\nProvides feedback to plant leaders concerning employee performance and behavior.\nEnsures employees have required tools, supplies and area to exercise their duties.\nOperates blow mold machines and other related equipment.\nAnalyzes charts, work orders, production schedules, and other data to drive production requirements.\nPerforms and/or assigns personnel to conduct audits, weights and quality checks.\nTroubleshoots and resolves process problems and makes minor repairs to blow-mold and support equipment.\nPrepares and documents daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies. Other duties and roles maybe assigned by plant management.\nTargeted Pay Rate:\n$27.00\nReasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.\n\nEducation/Experience.\n1 to 3 years’ experience\nExcellent communication and analytical skills are essential.\nWork Environment\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud. Employee could be exposed to seasonal weather conditions if required to go outdoors.
