We specialize in customized mid- and short-run packaging solutions and serve a diverse customer base in the pharmaceutical, dairy, household chemicals, food/nutraceuticals, industrial/specialty chemicals, water, and beverage/juice segments.\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead in Phoenix, AZ. As a Lead, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations including, but not limited to, unloading trucks, storing materials, forklift operation, inventory, and ensuring safety compliance.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nEnsure warehouse is organized and safe\nUnload trucks and store raw materials in designated areas\nDrive forklift and load trucks with finished products in accordance with customer specifications\nTransfer and store finished products to the warehouse\nRepack damaged containers and keep storage area in proper order\nWork closely with customer service and customers to ensure ample supply of raw materials and timely deliveries\nControl inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconcile with data storage system\nInspect incoming materials and report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping\nEnter shipping and receiving data into JD Edwards (JDE) Inventory system to create Bill of Lading\nEnsure that documentation is complete and accurate in preparation of shipments\nRecord details into the appropriate business systems for tracking and record-keeping\nComply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling and shipping requirements\nREQUIREMENTS:\nHigh school diploma, or equivalent\nBasic mathematical skills are required.\n2 years’ experience as a Warehouse Lead/Supervisor\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office\nExperience with ERP system\nExperience with JD Edwards\nAbility to work overtime\nBENEFITS:\nCompetitive Hourly Rate\nMedical, Dental & Vision\nHoliday/Vacation Pay\n401K with Company Contribution\nTuition Reimbursement\nLearning & Training Opportunities\nReasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
