GET TO KNOW ALTIUS

Altius Group was founded in 2001 with a vision to bring high-quality and compassionate rehabilitation services into the market to improve lives displaced by injury. Since then, we've branched out to cover three tiers of services including Workplace Services, People and Employee Services, and Disability Services - still driven by a single goal: to elevate the wellbeing of people, workplaces and communities across Australia.

YOUR NEW ROLE

Based in our Canberra office, this diverse and rewarding role will see you working as part of a national, multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality exercise physiology services to clients across personal injury and preventative health schemes.

You will:

  • Support clients to restore their physical and mental wellbeing, achieve functional goals, and return to work or life following injury or illness
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and deliver personalised, evidence-based exercise programs across a range of settings including gyms, pools, homes, workplaces, and community environments
  • Apply sound clinical reasoning to develop, implement, and monitor client-centred plans, tailored to their unique goals
  • Deliver services in line with the Clinical Framework for the Delivery of Health Services, with a strong focus on evidence-based care and client outcomes
  • Identify and address physical, psychological, social, and environmental barriers to recovery, providing holistic strategies to support return to function and meaningful engagement in life
  • Collaborate with other health professionals, insurers, employers, and support networks to ensure cohesive and effective service delivery

Whether you're just starting out or looking to take the next step in your career, you'll be supported to grow your clinical confidence and diversify your skills
