desirable.\nRequirements\nLead day-to-day BOH operations and ensure exceptional execution throughout service\n\nMaintain high standards for food quality, flavor, presentation, consistency, and sanitation\n\nOversee preparation and execution of a sophisticated, seafood-forward menu\n\nTrain, coach, mentor, and develop culinary team members\n\nMaintain strong standards for seafood handling, product quality, storage, and utilization\n\nManage mise en place, production, station readiness, and service execution\n\nSupport scheduling, labor management, purchasing, inventory, and food-cost controls\n\nAssist with menu development, specials, recipes, and culinary innovation\n\nMaintain strong kitchen systems, organization, cleanliness, and accountability\n\nPartner closely with FOH leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience\n\nAssist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention of the culinary team\n\nStep into full kitchen leadership responsibilities as needed\n\nQualifications:\nPrevious experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Senior Sous Chef, or similar culinary leadership role\n\nExperience in modern Asian, Asian fusion, seafood-focused, fine-dining, or upscale chef-driven restaurants\n\nStrong experience working with fish, shellfish, and premium seafood\n\nKnowledge of Asian ingredients, sauces, flavor profiles, and cooking techniques is a significant plus\n\nStrong culinary fundamentals with refined plating and presentation skills\n\nProven ability to lead, train, and develop a high-performing BOH
