service\n\nWork hands-on alongside the culinary team as needed\n\nAssist with food preparation and execution across restaurant, café, and banquet operations\n\nMaintain high standards for food quality, presentation, consistency, and timing\n\nAssist culinary leadership with menu planning, inventory, ordering, and management of supplies\n\nEnsure stations are properly set up, maintained, and prepared for service\n\nMonitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards\n\nHelp troubleshoot operational issues during service and maintain an organized, efficient kitchen\n\nProvide direction and support to cooks while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment\n\nQualifications\n3+ years of professional culinary/food service experience\n\nPrevious kitchen supervisory or leadership experience preferred\n\nStrong hands-on cooking skills and ability to work multiple stations\n\nKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations\n\nExperience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or high-volume culinary environment preferred\n\nStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to quickly adapt to a new kitchen and make an immediate impact\n\nMust be eligible to work in the United
