production go-live phase.\nResponsibilities\nHave hands-on experience with both Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).\nHave participated in ERP migration projects or Oracle environment transformation initiatives.\nHave experience with data migration, data mapping, and data quality validation.\nUnderstand system integration concepts and data exchange processes.\nCan analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements.\nHave experience leading or supporting functional and integration testing activities.\nAre able to work effectively with both business and technical teams.\nDemonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic project environment.\nHave English language skills that enable effective collaboration in an international environment.\nPossess strong organizational and prioritization skills.\nNice to have:\nExperience in Oracle Fusion → Oracle EBS migration projects.\nExperience working with Oracle migration tools.\nOracle certifications related to ERP, Oracle Cloud, or EBS.\nExperience delivering projects for large organizations or within regulated environments.\nRequirements\nAnalyze the existing Oracle Fusion ERP solution and provide recommendations for migration to Oracle E-Business Suite.\nParticipate in designing the target ERP architecture.\nPlan and execute data migration activities between Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS environments.\nIdentify project risks and propose mitigation actions.\nDesign, develop, and oversee integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and support solution configuration.\nPrepare test scenarios and coordinate functional, integration, and UAT testing activities.\nSupport production deployment (Go-Live) and post-implementation stabilization activities.\nCreate and maintain project and technical
