needs and business processes, including sales, underwriting, policy administration, claims handling, and benefits management.\nTranslate business challenges into requirements and potential solution approaches.\nDevelop solution concepts in collaboration with business and technology experts.\nPrepare presentations, meeting materials, proposals, and substantive RFP content.\nSupport the Sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from the initial conversation through discovery to proposal preparation.\nAnalyze market trends and client needs, using insights to enhance our service
