The FP&A Manager leads Alto-Shaam's forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis processes while supporting long-range planning, pricing, and investment analysis across the business.\nThe ideal candidate for an FP&A Manager would be able to do the following\nFinancial Planning & Reporting\nOwn the monthly forecast, variance analysis, and management reporting cycle, delivering timely, accurate insight to the VP and business leaders.\n\nBuild and maintain the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts in partnership with the VP, FP&A.\n\nMaintain the integrity of financial reporting across Oracle, and the broader reporting environment, ensuring a single source of truth for the business.\n\nBusiness Partnering & Planning Support\nSupport the 3-5 year long-range plan and scenario modeling on capacity, pricing, and capital allocation.\n\nPartner with Commercial and Operations on pricing analysis and investment cases, including NPV, IRR, and payback for capital projects and new product initiatives.\n\nAct as a day-to-day finance partner to plant and functional leaders, translating financial results into clear, actionable recommendations.\n\nData, Analytics & Technology\nDrive adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation across forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time.\n\nBuild and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting using Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle FDI, Oracle PBC, and Claude.\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements that strengthen data quality and scale with the business.\n\nTeam & Stakeholder Collaboration\nMentor and develop FP&A analysts, building bench strength and a strong data-and-analytics skill set across the team.\n\nBuild strong cross-functional relationships with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and HR.\n\nPresent financial analysis and recommendations clearly to the VP, FP&A and other senior stakeholders.\n\n EDUCATION / SKILLS REQUIRED:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus.\n\n8-10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience; manufacturing or industrial equipment industry experience preferred.\n\nAdvanced financial modeling skills, with the ability to build and review models that are formula-driven, clearly structured, and free of hardcoded assumptions.\n\nDirect experience with modern ERP and BI platforms (Oracle Fusion Cloud, FDI, or comparable systems), including a demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new tools.\n\nProven use of AI and automation tools to improve forecasting, reporting, or analysis, with specific examples to discuss rather than general familiarity with the concept.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to present complex analysis clearly to senior leaders.\n\nA proactive, results-oriented professional who takes ownership of problems, moves quickly, and is motivated to grow with a scaling finance function.\n\nExperience mentoring or developing junior analysts preferred.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth
