We want an individual who is passionate about improving patient health outcomes by changing the traditional pharmacy model for the better, and making access to medications simple and seamless through quality service. We are looking for a team player who is analytical, detail-oriented, adept at prioritizing, reliable, and has exceptional communication skills.\nAccelerate your career as you:\nEfficiently package prescription orders with meticulous attention to detail, while maintaining accurate inventory of all packaging and shipping supplies, including cold chain items.\nContribute to daily pharmacy and office operations by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting with inventory management, and supporting process improvement initiatives.\nManage interactions with third-party couriers and shipping carriers, ensuring timely package dispatch, troubleshooting issues, and making urgent deliveries when necessary.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.\nWA Only Requirement: Must have a Pharmacy Assistant License.\nAbility to work the following shift: [insert shift here before posting]\nOnsite Requirement: Must be able to commute to and work at the pharmacy location during scheduled shifts.\nTools: Experience using MS Excel, Google sheets or similar spreadsheet tools, and Slack.\nAbility to multitask, and know how to prioritize in a constantly changing environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nIndustry Experience: Experience in fulfillment or distribution, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare environment.\nTools: Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and fulfillment software.\nFamiliarity with regulatory standards for medication distribution.\nAdditional Information\nAdditional Physical Job Requirements:\nPhysical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, frequently move around the pharmacy away from the computer terminal, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer and other pharmacy equipment that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 50 pounds.
