You'll help users apply Altova software to real-world requirements, diagnose and resolve issues, and feed product insights back to our developers, testers, and technical writers. You'll communicate confidently in both technical and business contexts and enjoy moving between customer conversations and deep technical problem-solving. \n\nWhat You'll Work With\nAltova builds \n\nWindows desktop developer tools for XML, JSON, EDI, ETL, databases, UML, XBRL, and more \n\nHigh-performance server applications for Windows and Linux using the same technologies \n\nRapid application development tools and server applications for mobile platforms \n\nRegulatory solutions (e.g., CbCR, EBA, ESEF, Solvency II, WIP) delivered via mobile apps or Excel VSTO add-ins \n\nWhat You'll Do \n\nAdvise customers on how to implement Altova products to meet their goals \n\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues; reproduce, analyze, and document findings \n\nCommunicate clearly with customers via email, phone, chat, remote desktop, and video \n\nCollaborate with internal engineering, QA, and documentation teams on technical matters \n\nCapture customer feedback and contribute to product quality and usability \n\nWhat You Bring\n\nLanguage skills: Excellent English (C1).
