A proprietary two-way API integration with a standardised sourcing process reduces the legacy, inefficient 48-to-72-hour bidding process down to a few minutes, saving valuable time and money.\nCorporate clients love the bespoke user interface seamlessly configured to their mobility policies, and employees enjoy a greater sense of choice and support in their relocation journey.\nRole Description\nSupport the EMEA hospitality growth strategy and its implementation across region in line with company's revenue goals and conversion metrics\n\nHandle the souring and vetting process of hospitality operators (aparthotels, property managers, residences, co-living among others) from quality background checks to price negotiation\n\nProactively look for unique inventory and build-to-rent partnerships across the EMEA region in line with the company OKRs and performance metrics.\n\nStrategically grow and prioritise live inventories in line with current and future integration pipeline\n\nGet acquainted with AltoVita's proprietary technology and contribute to product development for hospitality operators in line with regional business practice\n\nContribute to community building of hospitality & supply technology software partners (including training sessions, content creation, events & conferences, in-person visits)\n\nWork closely with the Customer Success team and Hospitality Growth Team\n\nConduct in-person quality inspections and partner visits across AltoVita's EMEA partner inventory\n\nDevelop enriched content across AltoVita's supply chain (safety & security, DE&I, sustainability, work-from-anywhere amenities).\n\nCollaborate and assist AltoVita's business teams to deliver competitive & complex RFPs to client (extended stay pricing, negotiated & preferred rates, cancellation policies, amenities & ancillary services)\n\nRe\nquirements\n1+ years of experience in OTA / Hospitality / Corporate Accommodations supply chain / Serviced apartments is a must\n\nSelf-motivated, hard-working individual with a proven success in hospitality industry\n\nFast learner, problem solver, entrepreneurial mindset\n\nWays of Working\nAltoVita is a fully remote team.
